287 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ: ثنا الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " دَخَلْتُ الْجَنَّةَ فَسَمِعْتُ فِيهَا قِرَاءَةً، فَقُلْتُ: «مَنْ هَذَا؟» فَقَالُوا: حَارِثَةُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ «كَذَالِكُمُ الْبِرُّ، كَذَالِكُمُ الْبِرُّ» فَقِيلَ لِسُفْيَانَ: هُوَ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ؟ قَالَ: نَعَمْ لَا شَكَّ فِيهِ كَذَلِكَ قَالَ الزُّهْرِيُّ
Mother of the Believers, Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "I entered Paradise and I heard the sound of recitation in it. I inquired, 'Who is this?' The angels replied: 'This is Haritha bin Nu'man.' Thus is goodness, thus is goodness." Sufyan was asked: "Is this narration transmitted from the narrator named 'Umrah?" He replied: "Yes, there is no doubt in it. Zuhri narrated it in the same way."

This hadith establishes the virtue of Sayyiduna Harithah bin Nu’man radi Allahu anhu. All the noble Companions radi Allahu anhum are destined for Paradise, and Allah, the Exalted, has accepted all of their sacrifices.
