262 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ: ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: كُنْتُ الْعَبُ بِهَذِهِ الْبَنَاتِ، وَكُنَّ جَوَارِيَ يَأْتِيَنِّي يَلْعَبْنَ مَعِي بِهَا، فَلَمَّا رَأَيْنَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَقَمَّعْنَ «فَكَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُسَرِّبُهُنَّ إِلِيَّ»
Umm al-Mu'mineen Sayyidah Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I used to play with dolls and my friends used to come to me, and they would also play with me. When they saw the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him), they would go and hide, so the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) would send them back to me.
