252 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ: ثنا الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَا نَفَعَنَا مَالٌ قَطُّ مَا نَفَعَنَا مَالُ أَبِي بَكْرٍ» قَالَ الْحُمَيْدِيُّ: فَقِيلَ لِسُفْيَانَ فَإِنَّ مَعْمَرًا يَقُولُهُ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ فَقَالَ: مَا سَمِعْنَا مِنَ الزُّهْرِيِّ إِلَّا عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ
Mother of the Believers, Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "No wealth has ever benefited us as much as the wealth of Abu Bakr has benefited us."
Imam Humaydi (may Allah have mercy on him) says: It was said to Sufyan: Ma'mar has narrated this tradition from Sa'id, so he replied: We have only heard this narration from Zuhri, from 'Urwah, from Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her).
