187 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ قَالَ: ثنا أَبُو يَعْفُورَ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ بْنِ نِسْطَاسٍ، عَنْ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ صُبَيْحٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: «كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا دَخَلَتِ الْعَشْرُ الْأَوَاخِرُ مِنْ شَهْرِ رَمَضَانَ أَيْقَظَ أَهْلَهُ، وَأَحْيَا اللَّيْلَ، وَشَدَّ الْمِيزَرَ» قَالَ فَقَالَ غَيْرُهُ: وَجَدَّ
Sayyida Aisha Siddiqa (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: When the last ten days of Ramadan would come, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) would wake his wives, he (peace be upon him) would worship throughout the night, and he (peace be upon him) would tighten his waist belt. (Here, one narrator has reported a different word.)
