Sayyiduna Abu Dharr Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I presented myself before the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and I heard him saying: "By the Lord of the Ka'bah! They are the lowest people." I asked: O Messenger of Allah! Who are those people? The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Those who possess wealth and riches, except for the one who says: 'From my wealth (this much, this much),' meaning he spends it in the way of Allah, and such people are few."
