Hadith 1300
1300 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ الْمُنْكَدِرِ، يَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، يَقُولُ: " كَانَتِ الْيَهُودُ، تَقُولُ: مَنْ أَتَي امْرَأَتَهُ فِي قُبُلِهَا مِنْ دُبُرِهَا، جَاءَ الْوَلَدُ أَحْوَلَ "، فَأَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ: ﴿ نِسَاؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَكُمْ فَأْتُوا حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّي شِئْتُمْ﴾
Sayyiduna Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Jews used to say: Whoever approaches his wife from behind to her front private part, a cross-eyed child is born to him. So Allah Almighty revealed this verse: «نِسَاؤُكُمْ حَرْثٌ لَكُمْ فَأْتُوا حَرْثَكُمْ أَنَّى شِئْتُمْ» (2-al-Baqarah:223) "Your wives are your fields; so come to your fields as you wish."
