1246 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ: ثنا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ: «أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ مَكَّةَ عَامَ الْفَتْحِ، وَعَلَي رَأْسِهِ الْمِغْفَرِ»
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: On the occasion of the conquest of Makkah, when the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered Makkah, there was a "helmet" (iron cap) on his head.
