Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Leave me as I have left you in those matters; for indeed, those before you were destroyed due to their excessive questioning and their differing with their prophets. So, refrain from what I forbid you, and do what I command you to the best of your ability." The narrator named Ibn ‘Ajlan further transmitted these words: I narrated this tradition to Aban bin Salih, and he was astonished at these words: "Do what you are able to of them."
