Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Every child is born upon the natural disposition (fitrah), but his parents make him a Jew or a Christian." The narrator Abu Zinad added these words: "They make him a Magian or a polytheist." The narrator states: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about the children of the polytheists who die in their childhood, so the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Allah knows best what deeds they would have done."
