1096 - حَدَّثَنَا الْحُمَيْدِيُّ قَالَ: ثنا سُفْيَانُ، قَالَ: ثنا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ يَنَاقَ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّي اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، مِثْلَهُ، إِلَّا أَنَّهُ قَالَ: «فَهُوَ يُوسِعُهَا وَلَا تَوْسَعُ»
This narration is also transmitted from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) with another chain of transmission; however, in it are these words: "He tries to widen it, but it does not widen."
