Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If I did not fear hardship for the believers, I would have participated personally in every military expedition that I dispatched. But I do not have enough means to provide mounts for all of them, and it would be a hardship for them to remain behind from me."
