Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Do not artificially raise bids. No person should make an offer on his brother’s transaction, and no person should send a marriage proposal over his brother’s proposal. A townsman should not sell on behalf of a villager. A woman should not demand the divorce of her sister (i.e., co-wife) so that she may obtain her share of blessings."
