It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdur Rahman bin Azhar that I saw the Prophet (peace be upon him) on the day of the Battle of Hunayn, making his way through the people and asking about the whereabouts of Sayyiduna Khalid bin Walid. Shortly thereafter, some people brought a man in a state of intoxication to the Prophet (peace be upon him). The Prophet (peace be upon him) ordered those who were with him to strike the man with whatever they had in their hands.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdur Rahman bin Azhar that I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) on the day of the conquest of Makkah, making his way through the people and asking about the whereabouts of Sayyiduna Khalid bin Walid. Shortly thereafter, some people brought a man in a state of intoxication to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered those who were with him to strike the man with whatever they had in their hands. So, some struck him with sticks and some with whips, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) threw dust on him.

Sayyiduna Abdur Rahman bin Azhar says that during the Battle of Hunayn, Sayyiduna Khalid bin Walid was wounded. He was riding the horse of the Prophet (ﷺ). After the defeat of the disbelievers, I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) walking among the Muslims who were returning from the battle, and he was saying, "Who will show the location of Khalid bin Walid's tent?" At that time, I was a grown boy. I started running ahead of the Prophet (ﷺ), saying, "Who will show the location of Khalid bin Walid's tent?" until we reached his tent. There, Sayyiduna Khalid was sitting, leaning against the back of his saddle. The Prophet (ﷺ) came and looked at his wound, then applied his saliva to it.
