حَدِیث رَجل سَمِعَ النَّبِیَّ صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَیهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Hadith of a man who heard the Prophet (peace be upon him)
Hadith 16592
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ ، يَقُولُ : أَخْبَرَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " إِنَّ مِنْ أُمَّتِي قَوْمًا يُعْطَوْنَ مِثْلَ أُجُورِ أَوَّلِهِمْ ، فَيُنْكِرُونَ الْمُنْكَرَ " .
It is narrated from a Companion (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: In the last part of this Ummah, there will come a people who will be given reward like the earlier ones; these will be those who describe the evil of sin.
