It is narrated from Sayyiduna Saib (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) once said: Jibreel came to me and said, "Order your companions to recite the Talbiyah in a loud voice."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sa’ib رضي الله عنه that once, during the leadership of prayer by a person, he spat towards the Qiblah while leading some people in prayer. The Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم was watching him. After he finished the prayer, the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said to the people: "From now on, this person should not lead you in prayer." So, when he tried to lead the prayer again, the people stopped him and informed him of the statement of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم. He mentioned this matter to the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, and the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم said: "Yes! I gave this command because you have caused harm to Allah Almighty."
