حَدِیث رِجَال مِن اَصحَابِ النَّبِیِّ صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَیهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Hadith of men from the companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him)
Hadith 16417
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيْدٍ ، عَنْ بُشَيْرِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ ، عَنْ رِجَالٍ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَدْرَكَهُمْ يَذْكُرُونَ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِينَ ظَهَرَ عَلَى خَيْبَرَ ، وَصَارَتْ خَيْبَرُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَالْمُسْلِمِينَ ، ضَعُفَ عَنْ عَمَلِهَا ، فَدَفَعُوهَا إِلَى الْيَهُودِ يَقُومُونَ عَلَيْهَا ، وَيُنْفِقُونَ عَلَيْهَا عَلَى أَنَّ لَهُمْ نِصْفَ مَا خَرَجَ مِنْهَا ، " فَقَسَمَهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى سِتَّةٍ وَثَلَاثِينَ سَهْمًا ، جَمَعَ كُلُّ سَهْمٍ مِائَةَ سَهْمٍ ، فَجَعَلَ نِصْفَ ذَلِكَ كُلِّهِ لِلْمُسْلِمِينَ ، وَكَانَ فِي ذَلِكَ النِّصْفِ سِهَامُ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ، وَسَهْمُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَعَهَا ، وَجَعَلَ النِّصْفَ الْآخَرَ لِمَنْ يَنْزِلُ بِهِ مِنَ الْوُفُودِ وَالْأُمُورِ وَنَوَائِبِ النَّاسِ " .
It is narrated from several Companions that when the Prophet (peace be upon him) achieved victory at Khaybar and Khaybar became the possession of the Prophet (peace be upon him) and the Muslims, the Prophet (peace be upon him) realized that the Muslims would not be able to work there. Therefore, he left Khaybar in the hands of the Jews so that they would take care of it and spend on it, and in return, they would be given half of the total produce. Thus, the Prophet (peace be upon him) divided it into thirty-six portions, and in each portion, he combined one hundred shares, and from all these portions, he allocated half for the Muslims, in which the Prophet (peace be upon him) also had a share, and the other half was designated for the hospitality of delegations, other governmental matters, and for the needs of the Muslims.
