Hadith 16385
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ . وَيَزِيدُ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " لَعْنُ الْمُؤْمِنِ كَقَتْلِهِ ، وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا ، عُذِّبَ بِهِ فِي الْآخِرَةِ ، وَلَيْسَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مُسْلِمٍ نَذْرٌ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ ، وَمَنْ رَمَى مُؤْمِنًا بِكُفْرٍ ، فَهُوَ كَقَتْلِهِ ، وَمَنْ حَلَفَ بِمِلَّةٍ سِوَى الْإِسْلَامِ كَاذِبًا ، فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Thabit bin Dhahak that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Cursing a Muslim is like killing him, and whoever kills someone with something in this world will be punished with the same thing in the Hereafter. And there is no vow upon a Muslim man that is beyond his capacity. And whoever accuses a Muslim of disbelief, it is like killing him. And whoever swears a false oath by any religion other than Islam, he will be considered as he has said (for example, Qadiani, Hindu, or Christian).
Hadith 16386
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ الْحَذَّاءِ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ حَلَفَ بِمِلَّةٍ سِوَى الْإِسْلَامِ كَاذِبًا مُتَعَمِّدًا ، فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ " . رقم الحديث: 16042 (حديث مرفوع) (حديث موقوف) وَقَالَ : " مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ عَذَّبَهُ اللَّهُ بِهِ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Thabit bin Dhahak that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever swears a false oath by any religion other than Islam is considered as he has said. And whoever strikes someone with something in this world will be punished with the same thing in the Hereafter.
Hadith 16387
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَرْبٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو قِلَابَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي ثَابِتُ بْنُ الضَّحَّاكِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ وَكَانَ مِمَّنْ بَايَعَ تَحْتَ الشَّجَرَةِ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ بِمِلَّةٍ سِوَى الْإِسْلَامِ كَاذِبًا ، فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ ، وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ عُذِّبَ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ، وَلَيْسَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ نَذْرٌ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Thabit bin Dhahak that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever swears a false oath by any religion other than Islam, he is considered as he has said. And whoever strikes someone in this world with something, he will be punished with the same thing in the Hereafter. And there is no vow upon a Muslim man for something that is beyond his ability.
Hadith 16388
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ بْنُ زِيَادٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ الشَّيْبَانِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ السَّائِبِ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ مَعْقِلٍ ، عَنْ الْمُزَارَعَةِ ، فَقَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ الضَّحَّاكِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " نَهَى عَنِ الْمُزَارَعَةِ " .
Abdullah bin Saib says that I asked Abdullah bin Ma’qil about sharecropping: so he said that Sayyiduna Dahhak narrated this hadith to us that the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade sharecropping.
Hadith 16389
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى مِلَّةٍ سِوَى الْإِسْلَامِ كَاذِبًا ، فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ ، وَلَيْسَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ نَذْرٌ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ ، وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ فِي الدُّنْيَا عُذِّبَ بِهِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " .

(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ ، وَكَانَ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ الشَّجَرَةِ ، ثُمَّ قَالَ بَعْدُ : أَو عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " مَنْ حَلَفَ بِمِلَّةٍ سِوَى الْإِسْلَامِ كَاذِبًا مُتَعَمِّدًا ، فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ ، وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ أَوْ ذَبَحَ ، ذَبَحَهُ اللَّهُ بِهِ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Thabit bin Dhahak that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever swears a false oath by any religion other than Islam, he will be considered as he has said. And whoever strikes someone with something in this world, he will be punished with the same thing in the Hereafter.
Hadith 16391
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ ، رَفَعَ الْحَدِيثَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ عُذِّبَ بِهِ ، وَمَنْ شَهِدَ عَلَى مُسْلِمٍ أَوْ قَالَ مُؤْمِنٍ بِكُفْرٍ ، فَهُوَ كَقَتْلِهِ ، وَمَنْ لَعَنَهُ فَهُوَ كَقَتْلِهِ ، وَمَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى مِلَّةٍ غَيْرِ الْإِسْلَامِ كَاذِبًا ، فَهُوَ كَمَا حَلَفَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Thabit Duhak that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Whoever strikes someone with something in this world will be punished with the same thing in the Hereafter, and bearing witness of disbelief against a Muslim is like killing him, and whoever curses a Muslim is like killing him, and whoever swears a false oath by any religion other than Islam is as he has said.
Hadith 16392
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ خَالِدٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ الضَّحَّاكِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ حَلَفَ بِمِلَّةٍ سِوَى الْإِسْلَامِ كَاذِبًا مُتَعَمِّدًا ، فَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ ، وَمَنْ قَتَلَ نَفْسَهُ بِشَيْءٍ عَذَّبَهُ اللَّهُ فِي نَارِ جَهَنَّمَ " .
