Hadith 16283
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Taliq bin Ali that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah does not look at the prayer of the person who does not straighten his back between bowing (ruku) and prostration (sajdah).

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Taliq bin Ali that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Allah does not look at the prayer of the person who does not straighten his back between bowing (ruku) and prostration (sajdah).
Hadith 16285
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا
عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا
مُلَازِمٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا
عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ بَدْرٍ ، عَنْ
قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ ، عَنْ
أَبِيهِ أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ ، فَأَطْلَقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِزَارَهُ ، فَطَارَقَ بِهِ رِدَاءَهُ ، ثُمَّ قَامَ فَصَلَّى ، فَلَمَّا قَضَى الصَّلَاةَ ، قَالَ : " كُلُّكُمْ يَجِدُ ثَوْبَيْنِ ؟ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Taliq that he asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) about the ruling of praying in a single garment: so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) removed his lower garment and wrapped it around himself, then stood and began to pray. After the prayer, he said: Does each one of you have two garments available?
Hadith 16286
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Talq that a man asked the Prophet (peace be upon him), "If any one of us touches his private part, should he perform ablution?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied, "The private part is only a part of your body."

أَبَانُ ، عَنْ
يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ ، عَنْ
عِيسَى بْنِ خُثَيْمٍ ، عَنْ
قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ ، أَنَّ
أَبَاهُ شَهِدَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، وَسَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ عَنِ الصَّلَاةِ فِي الثَّوْبِ الْوَاحِدِ ، فَلَمْ يَقُلْ لَهُ شَيْئًا ، فَلَمَّا أُقِيمَتْ الصَّلَاةُ ، " طَارَقَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ ثَوْبَيْهِ ، فَصَلَّى فِيهِمَا " .

Hadith 16288
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Taliq that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When any one of you feels the need for his wife, he should fulfill his need with her even if she is at the oven.
Hadith 16289
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Taliq that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Witr is not performed twice in one night. It is narrated from Sayyiduna Taliq that a person asked the Prophet (peace be upon him) about praying in a single garment, so the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Does each one of you have two garments?
Hadith 16290
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا
مُوسَى ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ
قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ ، عَنْ
أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا رَأَيْتُمْ الْهِلَالَ ، فَصُومُوا ، وَإِذَا رَأَيْتُمُوهُ ، فَأَفْطِرُوا ، فَإِنْ أُغْمِيَ عَلَيْكُمْ ، فَأَتِمُّوا الْعِدَّةَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Taliq that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: When you see the moon, then fast, and when you see the moon (again), then celebrate Eid. If it is cloudy, then complete the count of thirty.
Hadith 16291
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Taliq that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The true dawn is not that which spreads vertically in the horizon, but rather it is the redness which spreads horizontally.
Hadith 16292

مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ
قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ ، عَنْ
أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ جَالِسًا عِنْدَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَسَأَلَهُ رَجُلٌ ، فَقَالَ : مَسِسْتُ ذَكَرِي ، أَوْ الرَّجُلُ يَمَسُّ ذَكَرَهُ فِي الصَّلَاةِ ، عَلَيْهِ الْوُضُوءُ ؟ ، قَالَ : " لَا ، إِنَّمَا هُوَ مِنْكَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Talq that a man asked the Prophet (peace be upon him) in my presence: "If any one of us touches his private part, should he perform ablution?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied: "No, the private part is only a part of your body."
Hadith 16293

مُوسَى بْنُ دَاوُدَ ، حَدَّثَنَا
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ
عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بَدْرٍ ، عَنْ
طَلْقِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ ، قَالَ : وَفَدْنَا عَلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَلَمَّا وَدَّعَنَا أَمَرَنِي ، فَأَتَيْتُهُ بِإِدَاوَةٍ مِنْ مَاءٍ ، فَحَثَا مِنْهَا ، ثُمَّ مَجَّ فِيهَا ثَلَاثًا ، ثُمَّ أَوْكَأَهَا ، ثُمَّ قَالَ : " اذْهَبْ بِهَا ، وَانْضَحْ مَسْجِدَ قَوْمِكَ ، وَأْمُرْهُمْ يَرْفَعُوا بِرُءُوسِهِمْ أَنْ رَفَعَهَا اللَّهُ " قُلْتُ : إِنَّ الْأَرْضَ بَيْنَنَا وَبَيْنَكَ بَعِيدَةٌ وَإِنَّهَا تَيْبَسُ ، قَالَ : " فَإِذَا يَبِسَتْ فَمُدَّهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Taliq bin Ali that once we came to the service of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) as a delegation. At the time of departure, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) instructed me, so I brought a water vessel to him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) drank from it and rinsed his mouth in it three times. Then he tied the mouth of that vessel and said: Take this vessel and sprinkle its water in the mosque of your people, and command them to keep their heads high, for Allah has granted them honor. I said: There is a long distance between us and you; the water of this vessel will dry up before it reaches our area. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: When it begins to dry up, add more water to it.
Hadith 16294
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا
إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، أَخْبَرَنَا
مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ
قَيْسِ بْنِ طَلْقٍ ، عَنْ
أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ جَعَلَ هَذِهِ الْأَهِلَّةَ مَوَاقِيتَ لِلنَّاسِ ، صُومُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ ، وَأَفْطِرُوا لِرُؤْيَتِهِ ، فَإِنْ غُمَّ عَلَيْكُمْ فَأَتِمُّوا الْعِدَّةَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Taliq that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Allah has made the moon a means for people to determine times, so when you see the moon, observe the fast, and when you see the moon, celebrate Eid. If it is cloudy, then complete the count to thirty.
Hadith 16295
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Talq that a man asked the Prophet (peace be upon him), "If any one of us touches his private part, should he perform ablution?" The Prophet (peace be upon him) replied, "The private part is only a part of your body."
Hadith 16296
Qais bin Talq narrates that once during Ramadan, our father, Sayyiduna Talq bin Ali, came to us and stayed with us until night. He led us in the Tarawih prayer and also led us in Witr. Then he went to the Masjid Raihan and led them in prayer as well. When the Witr remained, he appointed one of them to lead, and that person led them in Witr. Then Sayyiduna Talq said: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say that there are not two Witrs in one night.
