Hadith 16221
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Zam’ah that I once heard the Prophet (ﷺ) mentioning women and advising about them, saying: How can any one of you beat his wife, when it is possible that at the end of the same day or the end of the night he will have intercourse with her?
Hadith 16222
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Zam’ah that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), in the explanation of "اذ انبعث اشقہا", said that a mischievous man, who held importance and respect among his people, set out to cut the legs of Allah’s she-camel, just as Abu Zam’ah holds a position among his people. Then the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade laughing at someone passing wind, saying: Why do you laugh at something which you yourselves do? Then he said: Why does one of you beat his wife like a slave? It may be that at the end of the day he will have intercourse with her.
