حَدِيثُ الْهِرْمَاسِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ
Hadith of al-Harmas ibn Ziyad (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith 15968
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ عَمَّارٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي الْهِرْمَاسُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ ، قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَخْطُبُ عَلَى رَاحِلَتِهِ يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ بِمِنًي " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hurm As bin Ziyad that I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) delivering a sermon in the plain of Mina on the day of 10th Dhul-Hijjah.
Hadith 15969
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ وَهُوَ الْعِجْلِيُّ , حَدَّثَنَا الْهِرْمَاسُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الْبَاهِلِيُّ ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ رِدْفَ أَبِي يَوْمَ الْأَضْحَى ، وَرَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَخْطُبُ عَلَى نَاقَتِهِ بِمِنًى " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hurm As bin Ziyad that I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) delivering a sermon on his camel in the plain of Mina on the tenth of Dhul-Hijjah. At that time, I was sitting behind my father on the ride.
Hadith 15970
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، عَنِ الْهِرْمَاسِ ، قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يُصَلِّي عَلَى بَعِيرٍ نَحْوَ الشَّامِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Harim that I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) performing voluntary prayer on his camel facing towards Syria.
Hadith 15971
(حديث مرفوع) قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ بْن أَحْمَد حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي عَلِيٍّ أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ مِنْ أَهْلِ الرَّيِّ ، وَكَانَ أَصْلُهُ أَصْبَهَانِيًّا ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ الضُّرَيْسِ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ ، عَنْ هِرْمَاسٍ ، قَالَ : كُنْتُ رِدْفَ أَبِي ، فَرَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى بَعِيرٍ وَهُوَ يَقُولُ : " لَبَّيْكَ بِحَجَّةٍ وَعُمْرَةٍ مَعًا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hurm that I was sitting behind my father when I saw the Prophet (ﷺ) riding a camel. At that time, the Prophet (ﷺ) was saying: "Labbayk for Hajj and Umrah together."
