Abu Bakr bin Abi Juham says that Zaid bin Hasan was coming along, and between us was Ibn Rumana walking in such a way that we had straightened our shoulders for his sake, and he was leaning on them as we entered the Prophet’s Mosque. There, a companion of the Prophet, our master Abu Burdah bin Niyar, was sitting. He sent for me, and when I reached him, he said: I saw Ibn Rumana among you, leaning on you and Zaid bin Hasan as he walked. I heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) say: The world will not perish until it belongs to a vile son of a vile man.
