It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hakeem that once I submitted in the court of Prophethood: O Messenger of Allah! A man comes to me and wants to buy something from me, but at that time I do not have that thing. Can I buy it from the market and sell it to him? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Do not sell that which you do not possess.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hakim bin Hizam that once I requested some wealth from the Prophet (peace be upon him), and I did so several times. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: O Hakim, this wealth is lush and sweet. Whoever receives it rightfully, there is blessing placed in it for him. And whoever acquires it with greed, there is no blessing placed in it for him, and he is like the one who eats but is not satisfied. And the upper hand is better than the lower hand.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hakim bin Hizam that I had freed forty slaves during the time of ignorance. The Prophet (ﷺ) said: You have become a Muslim along with all the good deeds you did before (you will surely receive the reward for them).
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hakim bin Hizam that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The seller and the buyer have the option (to cancel the transaction) as long as they do not separate, and if both speak the truth and clarify everything, they will be blessed in this transaction. But if they lie and conceal something, the blessing of the transaction will be taken away from them.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hakeem that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: The best charity is that which is given while some wealth remains. The upper hand is better than the lower hand. Begin charity and alms with those who are under your responsibility.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hakeem that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: The upper hand is better than the lower hand. Begin charity and almsgiving with those who are under your responsibility. And whoever seeks self-sufficiency, Allah will make him self-sufficient; whoever wants to remain chaste, Allah will keep him chaste.
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Hakeem bin Hizam that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Punishments should not be carried out in mosques, nor should retribution (qisas) be taken in them.
