Hadith 15529
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdur Rahman bin Shibl that I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: Recite the Qur'an, but do not be excessive in it, do not be harsh with it, do not make it a means of livelihood, and do not seek to increase your wealth and riches through it.
Hadith 15530
(حديث مرفوع) (حديث موقوف) وَقَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِنَّ التُّجَّارَ هُمْ الْفُجَّارُ " قَالَ : قِيلَ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ، أَوَلَيْسَ قَدْ أَحَلَّ اللَّهُ الْبَيْعَ ؟ قَالَ : " بَلَى , وَلَكِنَّهُمْ يُحَدِّثُونَ فَيَكْذِبُونَ ، وَيَحْلِفُونَ وَيَأْثَمُونَ " .
And the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Most traders are sinful and wicked. Someone asked: O Messenger of Allah! Has Allah not declared trade to be lawful? He said: Why not, but these people, when they speak, they lie, and when they swear oaths, they become sinful.
Hadith 15531
(حديث مرفوع) (حديث موقوف) قَالَ : وَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " إِنَّ الْفُسَّاقَ هُمْ أَهْلُ النَّار " ِقِيلَ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , وَمَنْ الْفُسَّاقُ ؟ قَالَ : " النِّسَاءُ " قَالَ رَجُلٌ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , أَوَلَسْنَ أُمَّهَاتِنَا وَأَخَوَاتِنَا وَأَزْوَاجَنَا ؟ قَالَ : " بَلَى , وَلَكِنَّهُمْ إِذَا أُعْطِينَ لَمْ يَشْكُرْنَ ، وَإِذَا ابْتُلِينَ لَمْ يَصْبِرْنَ " .
The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The wicked are, in fact, the people of Hell." Someone asked: "O Messenger of Allah! Who are meant by the wicked?" He replied: "Women." The woman asked: "O Messenger of Allah! Are women not our mothers, sisters, and wives?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Why not, but the fact is that when they receive something, they do not show gratitude, and when a calamity befalls them, they do not show patience."
Hadith 15532
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdur Rahman bin Shibl that I heard the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbidding three things: pecking in prostration like a crow, spreading the arms in prostration like a beast, and designating a specific place for prayer as a camel designates its place.
