Hadith 15458
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي ، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، قَالَ : فَحَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ ضَمْرَةَ الْفَزَارِيُّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي سَلِيطٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَبِي سَلِيطٍ ، قَالَ : أَتَانَا نَهْيُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " عَنْ أَكْلِ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ الْإِنْسِيَّةِ ، وَالْقُدُورُ تَفُورُ بِهَا ، فَكَفَأْنَاهَا عَلَى وُجُوهِهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Salit that a message containing the prohibition of the Prophet (peace be upon him) reached us, stating that domesticated donkeys should not be eaten. At that time, their meat was boiling in the pots, but we turned the pots upside down on their mouths.
Hadith 15459
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ , قَالَ : عَبْد اللَّهِ : وَسَمِعْتُ أَنَا مِنَ ابْنِ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ نُمَيْرٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ ضَمُرَةَ الْفَزَارِيِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي سَلِيطٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ أَبِي سَلِيطٍ ، وَكَانَ بَدْرِيًّا , قَالَ : أَتَانَا نَهْيُ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " عَنْ لُحُومِ الْحُمُرِ وَنَحْنُ بِخَيْبَرَ ، فَكَفَأْنَاهَا وَإِنَّا لَجِيَاعٌ " .
