حَدِیث رَجل مِن اَصحَابِ النَّبِیِّ صَلَّى اللَّه عَلَیهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Hadith of a man from the companions of the Prophet (peace be upon him)
Hadith 15422
(حديث مرفوع) حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ التَّيْمِيُّ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا حُمَيْدٌ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ ، قَالَ : رَأَيْتُ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " نَامَ حَتَّى نَفَخَ ، ثُمَّ قَامَ فَصَلَّى ، وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ " .
It is narrated from a companion that I saw the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) sleep until he began to snore, then he stood up and led the prayer without performing a fresh ablution.
