It is narrated from Sayyiduna Muti’ bin Aswad that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said on the day of the conquest of Makkah: No permission will be given to kill any Quraysh in a state of oppression.

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Muti’ bin Aswad, whose name was previously ‘As and was changed by the Prophet (peace be upon him) to Muti’, that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said on the day of the conquest of Makkah: From today until the Day of Resurrection, there will be no jihad in Makkah, and it will not be permissible to kill any Qurayshi in a state of oppression.
