Hadith 4425
Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) says that there are two statements: one I heard from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the other I say from myself. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever dies in a state while associating partners with Allah, will enter Hell." And I say: Whoever dies in a state while not associating anyone with Allah, will enter Paradise.
Hadith 4426
Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: None of you should give Satan any power over himself, not even to the extent of a portion, and he should not think that it is necessary for him to return only from the right side. I have seen the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that his return was often from the left side.
Hadith 4427
(Abdur Rahman bin Yazid says that when Sayyiduna Uthman Ghani, may Allah be pleased with him, performed four rak'ahs in Mina,) Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud, may Allah be pleased with him, said: I have performed two rak'ahs in Mina with the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, as well as with Sayyiduna Abu Bakr and Sayyiduna Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both. Would that I could have a share in two accepted rak'ahs instead of four.
Hadith 4428
Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the one who consumes usury, the one who gives it, the one who writes it down, and its witnesses while they are aware, and women who tattoo and get themselves tattooed for the sake of beauty, those who conceal zakat, and the Bedouin who becomes apostate after migration, have been declared accursed by the tongue of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) until the Day of Judgment.
Hadith 4429
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The blood of a Muslim is not lawful except in one of three cases: if he commits adultery after marriage, or if he is killed in retaliation (qisas), or a person who abandons his religion and separates from the community."
Hadith 4430
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He is not one of us who strikes his cheeks, tears his collar, and calls with the call of ignorance."

Someone asked: "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him)! Has there been an addition to the prayer?" The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No, what happened?" The companions (may Allah be pleased with them) submitted: "You have performed five rak'ahs." Upon hearing this, the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) folded his legs, turned for salam, and performed two prostrations of forgetfulness (sujood as-sahw).
Hadith 4432

So he came and sat near the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said, "O Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him)! From what things is man created?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied, "O Jew! From the semen of the man and the semen of the woman. The man's semen is thick, from which bones and muscles are formed, and the woman's semen is thin, from which flesh and blood are formed." It is narrated from Sayyiduna Ibn Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) that once Umm al-Mu'mineen Sayyidah Umm Habibah (may Allah be pleased with her) was making this supplication: "O Allah! Grant me benefit from my noble husband, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), my father Abu Sufyan, and my brother Mu'awiyah." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) heard her supplication and said: "You have asked Allah for a fixed term, a few numbered days, and apportioned sustenance. None of these things can reach you before their appointed time, nor can they be delayed beyond their fixed time. If you had supplicated to Allah to protect you from the punishment of Hell and the punishment of the grave, that would have been better and more virtuous." The narrator says that a man asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) whether monkeys and pigs are the transformed forms of humans. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) replied: "Whenever Allah transformed the appearance of a people, He never left their progeny to continue, whereas monkeys and pigs have existed from before." The narrator says that once there was a mention before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that monkeys are the transformed forms of humans. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whenever Allah transformed the appearance of a people, He never left their progeny to continue, whereas monkeys and pigs have existed from before."

Abdul Malik bin Umair says that once I was present in the company of Abu Ubaidah bin Abdullah bin Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him), when two men came to him who had bought and sold something. The buyer said, “I bought this item for such and such amount,” and the seller said, “I sold this item for such and such amount.” Abu Ubaidah said that a similar case had come before Sayyiduna Ibn Mas’ud (may Allah be pleased with him), and he had said that such an incident had also occurred in the presence of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and I was present there at that time. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) ordered the seller to take an oath, then gave the buyer the choice: “If he wishes, he may take it, and if he wishes, he may leave it.” The previous hadith is also narrated through this second chain.
