Abdullah bin Muhammad says that when Sayyiduna Aqeel (may Allah be pleased with him) got married and he came to us, we congratulated him saying: May Allah create harmony between you and grant you sons. He replied: Wait, do not say this. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade us from this and instructed us to say: «بَارَكَاللّٰهُلَهَافِيكَوَبَارَكَلَكَفِيهَا» "May Allah bless you and make you blessed for your wife."
