حَدِيثُ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الْأَشْهَلِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا
Hadith of a woman from Banu Abd al-Ashhal (may Allah be pleased with her)
Hadith 27452
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو كَامِلٍ , حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُعَاوِيَةَ , حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عِيسَى , عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ , قَالَ : وَكَانَ رَجُلَ صِدْقٍ , عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْ بَنِى عَبْدِ الْأَشْهَلِ , قَالَتْ : قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , إِنَّ لَنَا طَرِيقًا إِلَى الْمَسْجِدِ مُنْتِنَةً , فَكَيْفَ نَصْنَعُ إِذَا مُطِرْنَا ؟ قَالَ : " أَلَيْسَ بَعْدَهَا طَرِيقٌ هِيَ أَطْيَبُ مِنْهَا ؟ " , قَالَتْ : قُلْتُ : بَلَى , قَالَ : " فَهَذِهِ بِهَذِهِ " .
It is narrated from a woman of Banu Abdul Ashhal that I submitted in the presence of the Messenger: O Messenger of Allah! The path by which we come to the mosque is very foul-smelling, so what should we do when it rains? The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "Is there not a clean path after that?" I said: Yes, there is. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "This clean path will be in place of that dirty path."
Hadith 27453
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ , أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْرَائِيلُ , عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عِيسَى , عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ , عَنِ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْ بَنِي عَبْدِ الْأَشْهَلِ , أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ : قُلْتُ لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : إِنِّي أَمُرُّ فِي طَرِيقٍ لَيْسَ بِطَيِّبٍ , فَقَالَ : " أَلَيْسَ مَا بَعْدَهُ أَطْيَبُ مِنْهُ ؟ " , قَالَتْ : بَلَى , قَالَ : " إِنَّ هَذِهِ تَذْهَبُ بِذَلِكَ " .
