حَدِيثُ ضُبَاعَةَ بِنْتِ الزُّبَيْرِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا
Hadith of Dubaa‘ah bint al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with her)
Hadith 27357
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ , وَعَفَّانُ , قَالَا : حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ , حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ , عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ , عَنْ جَدَّتِهِ أُمِّ حَكِيمٍ , عَنْ أُخْتِهَا ضُبَاعَةَ بِنْتِ الزُّبَيْرِ , أَنَّهَا دَفَعَتْ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، لَحْمًا " فَانْتَهَسَ مِنْهُ , ثُمَّ صَلَّى , وَلَمْ يَتَوَضَّأْ " , قَالَ أَبِي : قَالَ عَفَّانُ : دَفَعَتْ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لَحْمًا.
It is narrated from Hazrat Umm Hakim (may Allah be pleased with her) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to Hazrat Duba’ah bint Zubair (may Allah be pleased with her), and he ate the meat of the shoulder by tearing it from the bone, then performed prayer and did not perform fresh ablution.
Hadith 27358
حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ , عَنْ حَجَّاجٍ الصَّوَّافِ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ , عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ , عَنْ ضُبَاعَةَ بِنْتِ الزُّبَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ , قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " أَحْرِمِي وَقُولِي : إِنَّ مَحِلِّي حَيْثُ تَحْبِسُنِي , فَإِنْ حُبِسْتِ أَوْ مَرِضْتِ , فَقَدْ أَحْلَلْتِ مِنْ ذَلِكَ شَرْطُكِ عَلَى رَبِّكَ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Duba’ah (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) once came to her and said: “You should enter into the state of Ihram for Hajj and make the intention that: O Allah! Wherever You stop me, that place will be where my Ihram ends.”
Hadith 27359
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُصْعَبٍ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ , عَنْ عَبْدِ الْكَرِيمِ الْجَزَرِيِّ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي مَنْ سَمِعَ ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ , يَقُولُ : حَدَّثَتْنِي ضُبَاعَةُ , أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , إِنِّي أُرِيدُ الْحَجَّ , فَقَالَ لَهَا : " حُجِّي وَاشْتَرِطِي " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Duba’ah (may Allah be pleased with her) that she once said: O Messenger of Allah! I wish to perform Hajj. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Enter into the state of Ihram for Hajj and make this intention: O Allah! The place where You stop me, let that be the place where my Ihram ends.”
