حَدِيثُ امْرَأَةٍ مِنْ الْأَنْصَارِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا
Hadith of a woman from the Ansar (may Allah be pleased with her)
Hadith 27351
حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ , قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ , عَنْ جَامِعِ بْنِ أَبِي رَاشِدٍ , عَنْ مُنْذِرٍ الثَّوْرِيِّ , عَنِ الْحَسَنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَلِيٍّ , قَالَ : حَدَّثَتْنِي امْرَأَةٌ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ وَهِيَ حَيَّةٌ الْيَوْمَ , إِنْ شِئْتَ أَدْخَلْتُكَ عَلَيْهَا , قُلْتُ : لَا , قَالَتْ : دَخَلْتُ عَلَى أُمِّ سَلَمَةَ , فَدَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَكَأَنَّهُ غَضْبَانُ , فَاسْتَتَرْتُ بِكُمِّ دِرْعِي , فَتَكَلَّمَ بِكَلَامٍ لَمْ أَفْهَمْهُ , فَقُلْتُ : يَا أُمَّ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ , كَأَنِّي رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ غَضْبَانَ ؟ قَالَتْ : نَعَمْ , أَوَمَا سَمِعْتِيهِ ؟ قَالَتْ : قُلْتُ : وَمَا قَالَ ؟ قَالَتْ : قَالَ : " إِنَّ السُّوءَ إِذَا فَشَا فِي الْأَرْضِ , فَلَمْ يُتَنَاهَ عَنْهُ , أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ بَأْسَهُ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْأَرْضِ " , قَالَتْ : قُلْتُ : يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ , وَفِيهِمْ الصَّالِحُونَ ؟ ! قَالَ : " نَعَمْ , وَفِيهِمْ الصَّالِحُونَ , يُصِيبُهُمْ مَا أَصَابَ النَّاسَ , ثُمَّ يَقْبِضُهُمْ اللَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ إِلَى مَغْفِرَتِهِ وَرَحْمَتِهِ أَوْ إِلَى رَحْمَتِهِ وَمَغْفِرَتِهِ " .
Hasan bin Muhammad says that an Ansari woman told me, "She is still alive, if you wish you can ask her and I can take you to her." The narrator said, "No, you narrate it yourself." She said, "Once I was with Hazrat Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her), and during that time the Prophet (peace be upon him) also came to her house, and it seemed as if the Prophet (peace be upon him) was angry. I covered myself with the sleeve of my shirt. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said something which I did not understand. I asked Hazrat Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her), 'O Mother of the Believers! I see that the Prophet (peace be upon him) has come in a state of anger?' She replied, 'Yes! Did you hear what he said?' I asked, 'What did he say?' She told me that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said, 'When evil spreads in the land, it will not be stopped, and then Allah will send His punishment upon the people of the earth.' I asked, 'O Messenger of Allah! Will the righteous also be included in this?' The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, 'Yes! The righteous will also be included in it, and the same calamity will befall them as will befall the common people. Then Allah will draw them towards His forgiveness and pleasure.'"
