Musnad Ahmad

Hazrat Umm Humaid, the wife (may Allah be pleased with her), narrates from Abu Humaid Sa’idi (may Allah be pleased with him) that once she presented herself before the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said: “O Messenger of Allah! I love to pray with you.” The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “I know that you like to pray with me, but your praying in your room is better than praying in your chamber, and your praying in your chamber is better than praying in your people’s mosque, and your praying in your people’s mosque is better than praying in my mosque.” So, in accordance with his instruction, a place was made for her to pray in the farthest and darkest corner of her house, and she continued to pray there until her last breath.
