Hadith 27078
It is narrated from the sister of Hudhaifah (may Allah be pleased with her) that once the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) addressed us and said: "O group of women! Would silver jewelry not be sufficient for you? Remember! Any woman among you who wears gold for display will be subjected to punishment on the Day of Resurrection."
Hadith 27079
It is narrated from Hazrat Fatimah (may Allah be pleased with her) that once we, some women, went to visit the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) during his illness. We saw that a water-skin was hanging near the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and its water was dripping onto him because the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was feeling the intense heat of fever. We said: O Messenger of Allah! If you supplicate to Allah, He would grant you healing? The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The most severe trials among all people have come upon the Prophets (peace be upon them), then in order of rank, upon those nearest to them."
