حَدِيثُ جُوَيْرِيَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ أَبِي ضِرَارٍ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Hadith of Juwayriyyah bint al-Harith bin Abi Dhirar, wife of the Prophet (peace be upon him)
Hadith 26755
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ الْهَجَرِيِّ ، عَنْ جُوَيْرِيَةَ , أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ دَخَلَ عَلَى جُوَيْرِيَةَ فِي يَوْمِ جُمُعَةٍ وَهِيَ صَائِمَةٌ ، فَقَالَ لَهَا : " أَصُمْتِ أَمْسِ ؟ " , قَالَتْ : لَا ، قَالَ : " تَصُومِينَ غَدًا ؟ " , قَالَتْ : لَا ، قَالَ : " فَأَفْطِرِي " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Juwayriya that once on a Friday, while she was fasting, the Prophet (peace be upon him) came to her. The Prophet (peace be upon him) asked her, "Did you fast yesterday?" She replied, "No." The Prophet (peace be upon him) asked, "Will you fast tomorrow?" She replied, "No." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Then break your fast."
Hadith 26756
حَدَّثَنَا بَهْزٌ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ جُوَيْرِيَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ , أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ , دَخَلَ عَلَيْهَا يوم جمعة وَهِيَ صَائِمَةٌ ، فَقَالَ : " أَصُمْتِ أَمْسِ ؟ " , فَقَالَتْ : لَا , قَالَ : " أَتُرِيدِينَ أَنْ تَصُومِي غَدًا ؟ , " قَالَتْ , لَا , قَالَ : " فَأَفْطِرِي " .

Hadith 26757
حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شَرِيكٌ ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ ، عَنْ خَالَتِهِ أُمِّ عُثْمَانَ ، عَنْ الطُّفَيْلِ ابْنِ أَخِي جُوَيْرِيَةَ ، عَنْ جُوَيْرِيَةَ ، قَالَتْ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " مَنْ لَبِسَ ثَوْبَ حَرِيرٍ ، أَلْبَسَهُ اللَّهُ ثَوْبًا مِنَ النَّارِ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Juwayriya that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said: Whoever wears a silk garment, Allah Almighty will clothe him with a garment of fire on the Day of Resurrection.
Hadith 26758
حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ مَوْلَى آلِ طَلْحَةَ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ كُرَيْبًا مَوْلَى ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ يُحَدِّثُ , عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، عَنْ جُوَيْرِيَةَ بِنْتِ الْحَارِثِ ، قَالَتْ : أَتَى عَلَيَّ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ غُدْوَةً وَأَنَا أُسَبِّحُ ، ثُمَّ انْطَلَقَ لِحَاجَةٍ ، ثُمَّ رَجَعَ قَرِيبًا مِنْ نِصْفِ النَّهَارِ ، فَقَالَ : " مَا زِلْتِ قَاعِدَةً ؟ " , قُلْتُ : نَعَمْ ، فَقَالَ : " أَلَا أُعَلِّمُكِ كَلِمَاتٍ لَوْ عُدِلْنَ بِهِنَّ ، عَدَلَتْهُنَّ أَوْ لَوْ وُزِنَّ بِهِنَّ وَزَنَتْهُنَّ يَعْنِي بِجَمِيعِ مَا سَبَّحَتْ : سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ عَدَدَ خَلْقِهِ ، ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ ، سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ زِنَةَ عَرْشِهِ ، ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ ، سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ رِضَا نَفْسِهِ ، ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ ، سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ مِدَادَ كَلِمَاتِهِ ، ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Juwayriya that once, in the morning, the Prophet (peace be upon him) came to me while I was reciting tasbihat. After a while, the Prophet (peace be upon him) left for some work, and then returned at midday and said, "Have you been sitting here since then?" I replied, "Yes." The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Shall I not teach you such words that if their weight is compared to all the tasbihat you have recited, their scale will outweigh them? And they are: Subhan Allah ‘adada khalqihi (three times), Subhan Allah zinata ‘arshihi (three times), Subhan Allah rida nafsihi (three times), Subhan Allah midada kalimatihi (three times)."
