Hashim ibn al-Qasim narrated to us, Zuhayr narrated to us, Abu Ishaq narrated to us, from Farwah ibn Nawfal, from his father, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said to him: "Would you like to take care of a stepdaughter of ours?" He said: I think it was Zaynab. Then he came and the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, asked him about her, and said: "What did the young girl do?" He said: I left her with her mother. He said: "Then what brought you here?" He said: I came so you could teach me something to say when I go to sleep. He said: "Recite: Say: O disbelievers (Qul ya ayyuhal kafirun), then sleep upon its conclusion, for it is a declaration of innocence from shirk (associating partners with Allah)."
