The Prophet of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, turned away from him until he asked him three times, until he stood up and prayed. When he finished his prayer, the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Who is the one asking about the intoxicant? Do not drink it, and do not give it to your Muslim brother to drink. By the One in Whose hand is my soul, or by the One by Whom oaths are sworn, no man drinks it seeking the pleasure of its intoxication but Allah will give him the wine to drink on the Day of Resurrection."
