It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Ayyub Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was on a journey when a Bedouin came before him and held the reins of the Prophet’s camel and said, “O Messenger of Allah! Tell me of an action that will bring me near to Paradise and keep me away from Hell.” The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, “Worship Allah, do not associate anything with Him, establish prayer, pay zakat, and maintain ties of kinship.”

The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked, "What is meant by the trees of Paradise?" He replied, "To say: La hawla wa la quwwata illa billah."

And if he says it in the evening, it will be the same.

One day, water spilled in my room, so I and Umm Ayyub took a sheet and started drying the water so that it would not drip from the ceiling onto the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). Then, fearfully, I went to the service of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! It is not appropriate that we stay above you; please move upstairs." So, on the order of the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), his belongings—which were already very few—were moved upstairs. Then I submitted, "O Messenger of Allah! The food you used to send me before, I would look at it and wherever I sensed the marks of your fingers, I would place my hand there. But today, in the food you sent me, even after looking, I did not see the marks of your fingers." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "That is correct. Actually, there was onion in it, and I do not like to eat it because of the angel who comes to me. However, you may eat it."
