Hadith 23482
It is narrated from a Companion (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Companions (may Allah be pleased with them) used to learn ten verses from the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and they would not proceed to the next ten verses until they had thoroughly learned the knowledge and practice related to the first ten verses. In this way, we acquired knowledge and practice.
