حَدِيثُ غُطَيْفِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ
Hadith of Ghatif ibn al-Harith (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith 22497
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ ، حَدَّثَنَا مُعَاوِيَةُ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ بْنِ سَيْفٍ ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ غُطَيْفٍ أَوْ غُطَيْفِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ ، قَالَ : مَا نَسِيتُ مِنَ الْأَشْيَاءِ لَمْ أَنْسَ أَنِّي " رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَاضِعًا يَمِينَهُ عَلَى شِمَالِهِ فِي الصَّلَاةِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Ghataif bin Harith (may Allah be pleased with him) that I may forget everything (it is possible), but I cannot forget that I saw the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) placing his right hand over his left hand in prayer.
