حَدِيثُ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ
Hadith of Malik ibn al-Harith (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith 20330
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ عَلِيَّ بْنَ زَيْدٍ يُحَدِّثُ ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَوْفَى ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ قَوْمِهِ يُقَالُ لَهُ : مَالِكٌ أَوْ ابْنُ مَالِكٍ يُحَدِّثُ , عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " أَيُّمَا مُسْلِمٍ ضَمَّ يَتِيمًا بَيْنَ أَبَوَيْنِ مُسْلِمَيْنِ إِلَى طَعَامِهِ وَشَرَابِهِ حَتَّى يَسْتَغْنِيَ ، وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ الْبَتَّةَ ، وَأَيُّمَا مُسْلِمٍ أَعْتَقَ رَقَبَةً أَوْ رَجُلًا مُسْلِمًا ، كَانَتْ فِكَاكَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ ، وَمَنْ أَدْرَكَ وَالِدَيْهِ أَوْ أَحَدَهُمَا فَدَخَلَ النَّارَ ، فَأَبْعَدَهُ اللَّهُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Malik bin Harith that he heard the Messenger of Allah saying: Whoever includes an orphan child of Muslim parents in his food and drink until the child becomes independent due to this support and starts earning himself, then Paradise surely becomes obligatory for him. Whoever frees a Muslim man, he becomes the cause of his freedom from Hell, and for every limb of the freed person, a limb of his is freed from Hell. And whoever finds his parents or one of them and then enters Hell, he has become distant from the mercy of Allah.
Hadith 20331
حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ ، قَالَ : عَلِيُّ بْنُ زَيْدٍ أَخْبَرَنَا ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بْنِ أَوْفَى ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ رَجُلٍ مِنْهُمْ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " مَنْ ضَمَّ يَتِيمًا بَيْنَ أَبَوَيْنِ مُسْلِمَيْنِ إِلَى طَعَامِهِ وَشَرَابِهِ حَتَّى يَسْتَغْنِيَ عَنْهُ ، وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ الْبَتَّةَ ، وَمَنْ أَعْتَقَ امْرَأً مُسْلِمًا ، كَانَ فِكَاكَهُ مِنَ النَّارِ ، يُجْزَى بِكُلِّ عُضْوٍ مِنْهُ عُضْوًا مِنْهُ " .
