Hadith 19431
It is narrated from Hazrat Sufyan bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I once submitted in the court of the Messenger (peace and blessings be upon him), "O Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), tell me something about Islam such that after you, I would not need to ask anyone else about it." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "First, declare with your tongue that I have believed in Allah, then remain steadfast upon it always." I asked, "What should I beware of?" Upon this, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) pointed towards his tongue.
