Nadr bin Anas, may Allah have mercy on him, says that during the incident of Harrah, when the children of Hazrat Anas, may Allah be pleased with him, and people of his tribe were martyred, Hazrat Zaid bin Arqam, may Allah be pleased with him, wrote him a letter of condolence and said: I give you glad tidings from Allah. I heard the Prophet Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him, say: O Allah! Forgive the Ansar, their sons, and their grandsons, and forgive the women of the Ansar, the women of their sons, and the women of their grandsons.

It is narrated from Hazrat Zaid (may Allah be pleased with him) that when Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) was in Yemen, a woman was brought to him with whom three men had committed adultery during the same period of purity. He cast lots among them, and the one whose name was drawn was declared to be the father of the child, and two-thirds of the blood money was imposed upon him. When this matter was presented before the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) smiled so much that his blessed teeth became visible.

It is narrated from Hazrat Zaid bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: How can I enjoy the blessings when the angel assigned to blow the trumpet has already placed the trumpet to his mouth, has lowered his forehead, and is listening attentively, waiting for when he will be commanded? This statement seemed very severe to the noble companions (may Allah be pleased with them). The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Keep saying "Hasbunallahu wa ni'mal wakeel" (Allah is sufficient for us and He is the best disposer of affairs). The previous hadith is also narrated from Hazrat Abu Saeed Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) through this second chain of narration that , ,
Hadith 19346
Narrated to us Abu Ahmad, narrated to us Khalid ibn Tahman Abu al-‘Ala’, from ‘Atiyyah al-‘Awfi, from Abu Sa‘id al-Khudri, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said; then he mentioned its meaning.
Hadith 19347
It is narrated from Hazrat Zaid bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) went to the people of Quba. They were performing prayer at the time of Duha. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The prayer of those who turn to Allah is performed at the time when the feet of the young camels begin to burn (from the heat of the sun)."

It is narrated from Hazrat Zaid bin Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him) that once I suffered from an eye ailment, so the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) came to visit me. When I recovered, I went out of the house. The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to me, "Tell me, if your eyes had remained in that condition, what would you have done?" I replied, "If my eyes had remained like that, I would have been patient with the intention of reward." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Then you would have met Allah in such a state that you would have had no sin."
