حَدِيثُ ضِرَارِ بْنِ الْأَزْوَرِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ
Hadith of Dhirar ibn Al-Azwar (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith 18980
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ ، عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ بَحِيرٍ ، عَنْ ضِرَارِ بْنِ الْأَزْوَرِ ، قَالَ : بَعَثَنِي أَهْلِي بِلَقُوحٍ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، فَأَمَرَنِي أَنْ أَحْلُبَهَا ، فَحَلَبْتُهَا ، فَقَالَ لِي : " دَعْ دَاعِيَ اللَّبَنِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Dhirar bin Azwar that once my family sent me to the Prophet (peace be upon him) with a milch she-camel. When I arrived, the Prophet (peace be upon him) instructed me to milk her. Then the Prophet said: Leave enough milk in her udders so that it can be obtained again.
Hadith 18981
حَدَّثَنَا أَسْوَدُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ بَحِيرٍ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْحَيِّ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ ضِرَارَ بْنَ الْأَزْوَرِ ، قَالَ : أَهْدَيْنَا لِرَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ لِقْحَةً ، قَالَ : فَحَلَبْتُهَا ، قَالَ : فَلَمَّا أَخَذْتُ لِأُجْهِدَهَا ، قَالَ : " لَا تَفْعَلْ ، دَعْ دَاعِيَ اللَّبَنِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Dhirar bin Azwar that once my family sent me to the Prophet with a milch she-camel. I presented myself, and the Prophet ordered me to milk it. Then the Prophet said: Leave enough milk in its udders so that it can be obtained again.
Hadith 18982
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ ، عَنْ ضِرَارِ بْنِ الْأَزْوَرِ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ بِهِ وَهُوَ يَحْلُبُ ، فَقَالَ : " دَعْ دَاعِيَ اللَّبَنِ " . .
It is narrated from Hazrat Dhirar bin Azwar that once the Prophet passed by him while he was milking (an animal). The Prophet said: Leave some milk in its udders so that you may obtain it again.
Hadith 18983
قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ بن أحمد : وحَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ أَوْ عَنْ الْأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ يَعْقُوبَ بْنِ بَحِيرٍ ، عَنْ ضِرَارِ بْنِ الْأَزْوَرِ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِنَحْوِهِ.
Abd Allah ibn Ahmad said: Muhammad ibn Bakkar narrated to me, Abdullah ibn al-Mubarak narrated to us, al-A'mash narrated to us or from al-A'mash, from Ya'qub ibn Bahir, from Dhirar ibn al-Azwar, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, with similar wording.
