It is narrated from Hazrat Wa'il (may Allah be pleased with him) that a bucket was presented to the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) drank some water from it and rinsed his mouth in the bucket, then either turned the bucket upside down into the well or, after drinking from the bucket, rinsed his mouth into the well, due to which the well began to emit a fragrance like musk.

And when he went into prostration (sajdah), he placed his hands near his face. And when he sat, he spread his left foot and kept his right foot upright, and placed his left hand on his left knee, and placed the limit of his elbow on his right thigh, and made a circle of the number thirty, forming a ring, and pointed with his index finger.

One of them said, "O Messenger of Allah! This person seized my land during the time of ignorance." (The one who said this was Amr al-Qais bin Abis Kindi and his opponent was Rabee'ah bin Abdan.) The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) demanded witnesses from him, but he said, "I have no witnesses." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Then he will take an oath." He said, "In that case, he will take my land." The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "There is no other solution besides this." When the other man began to take the oath, the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Whoever unjustly seizes someone else's land will meet Allah on the Day of Resurrection in such a state that Allah will be angry with him."

After some time, I came again, and it was the winter season. I saw that people had wrapped themselves in sheets, and due to the cold, they were moving their hands from under the sheets.

The narrator did not mention whether the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) also fixed a dowry for her (or not?).
