Hadith of Dhirar ibn al-Azwar (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith 18792
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الَأَعْمَشِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ ، عَنْ ضِرَارِ بْنِ الَأَزْوَرِ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ بِهِ وَهُوَ يَحْلُبُ ، فَقَالَ : " دَعْ دَاعِيَ اللَّبَنِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Dhirar bin Azwar (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) passed by him while he was milking (an animal). The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Leave enough milk in its udders so that it can be obtained again.
