Isa bin Abdur Rahman says that Abdullah bin Ukeem (may Allah be pleased with him) once fell ill. We went to visit him, and someone said, "Why don't you hang an amulet or something around your neck?" He replied, "Shall I hang anything? When the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) has said: Whoever hangs anything will be entrusted to that thing."
