Hadith 18778
It is narrated from Hazrat Sakhr bin Ailah (may Allah be pleased with him) that when Islam came, some people from Banu Sulaym fled, leaving their properties behind. I took possession of them. Those people became Muslim and filed a case against me regarding those properties before the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) returned those properties to them and said: "When a person becomes Muslim, he is the most entitled to his land and wealth."
