It is narrated from Hazrat Nabi T (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage, I was sitting behind my father on the mount. I heard the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) saying: "Which day is the most sacred?" The companions (may Allah be pleased with them) replied, "Today." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked, "Which city is the most sacred?" The companions replied, "This city (Makkah)." Then he asked, "Which month is the most sacred?" The companions (may Allah be pleased with them) replied, "The present month." The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Then your lives and your wealth are as sacred and inviolable to each other as the sanctity of this day, in this month, in this city. Have I conveyed the message to you?" The companions (may Allah be pleased with them) replied, "Yes!" The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "O Allah! Bear witness. O Allah! Bear witness."

It is narrated from Hazrat Nabi T (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the occasion of the Farewell Pilgrimage, I was sitting behind my father on the mount. I said to my father, "Dear father! Show me which one is the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)?" He said, "Stand up and hold the saddle." So I did so. He said, "Look at the one with the red camel who is gesturing with his hand and has a stick in his hand."
