حَدِيثُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَدِيِّ بْنِ الْحَمْرَاءِ الزُّهْرِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ
Hadith of ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Adi ibn al-Hamra’ al-Zuhri (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith 18715
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ، أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَدِيِّ بْنِ الْحَمْرَاءِ الزُّهْرِيَّ أخْبَرَهُ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ وَاقِفٌ بِالْحَزْوَرَةِ فِي سُوقِ مَكَّةَ : " وَاللَّهِ إِنَّكِ لَخَيْرُ أَرْضِ اللَّهِ وَأَحَبُّ أَرْضِ اللَّهِ إِلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ، وَلَوْلَا أَنِّي أُخْرِجْتُ مِنْكِ مَا خَرَجْت " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Abdullah bin Adi (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) standing at Hazwarah, which was a market in Mecca, saying: "By Allah, you are the best land of Allah and the most beloved land to Allah. If I had not been driven out from you, I would never have left you."
Hadith 18716
حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي ، عَنْ صَالِحٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ ابْنُ شِهَابٍ ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، أَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عَدِيِّ بْنِ الْحَمْرَاءِ أَخْبَرَهُ ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ وَاقِفٌ بِالْحَزْوَرَةِ مِنْ مَكَّةَ ، يَقُولُ لِمَكَّةَ : " وَاللَّهِ إِنَّكِ لأخْيَرُ أَرْضِ اللَّهِ ، وَأَحَبُّ أَرْضِ اللَّهِ إِلَى اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ ، وَلَوْلَا أَنِّي أُخْرِجْتُ مِنْكِ مَا خَرَجْتُ " .

Hadith 18717
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، قَالَ : وَقَفَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى الْحَزْوَرَةِ ، فَقَالَ : " عَلِمْتُ أَنَّكِ خَيْرُ أَرْضِ اللَّهِ ، وَأَحَبُّ الْأَرْضِ إِلَى اللَّهِ عز وجل ، وَلَوْلَا أَنَّ أَهْلَكِ أَخْرَجُونِي مِنْكِ مَا خَرَجْت " . قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ : وَالْحَزْوَرَةُ عِنْدَ بَابِ الْحَنَّاطِينَ.

حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ خَالِدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا رَبَاحٌ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُسْلِمِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ بَعْضِهِمْ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ وَهُوَ فِي سُوقِ الْحَزْوَرَةِ : " وَاللَّهِ إِنَّكِ لَخَيْرُ أَرْضِ اللَّهِ وَأَحَبُّ الْأَرْضِ إِلَى اللَّهِ ، وَلَوْلَا أَنِّي أُخْرِجْتُ مِنْكِ مَا خَرَجْتُ " .
