حَدِيثُ حَنْظَلَةَ الْكَاتِبِ الْأُسَيْدِيِّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ
Hadith of Hanzalah al-Katib al-Asidi (may Allah be pleased with him)
Hadith 18345
حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ ، وَعَفَّانُ ، قَالاَ : حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ الْكَاتِبِ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ : " مَنْ حَافَظَ عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ الْخَمْسِ : رُكُوعِهِنَّ ، وَسُجُودِهِن ، وَوُضُوئِهِنَّ ، وَمَوَاقِيتِهِنَّ ، وَعَلِمَ أَنَّهُنَّ حَقٌّ مِنْ عِنْدِ اللَّهِ ، دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ " أَوْ قَالَ : " وَجَبَتْ لَهُ الْجَنَّةُ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Hanzalah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever is constant in performing the five prayers, observing their bowing and prostration, ablution, and prayer times, and is certain that they are truly from Allah, will enter Paradise.
Hadith 18346
حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ ، عَنْ حَنْظَلَةَ الْأُسَيْدِيِّ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ : " مَنْ حَافَظَ عَلَى الصَّلَوَاتِ الْخَمْسِ ؛ عَلَى وُضُوئِهَا وَمَوَاقِيتِهَا ، وَرُكُوعِهَا ، وَسُجُودِهَا ، يَرَاهَا حَقًّا لِلَّهِ عَلَيْهِ ، حُرِّمَ عَلَى النَّارِ " .
It is narrated from Hazrat Hanzalah (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: Whoever is constant in performing the five prayers, observing their bowing and prostration, ablution, and prayer times, and is certain that they are truly from Allah, the fire of Hell will be made forbidden for him.
